Persona 3 and 4 finally get release date for Switch, PC, PS5 and Xbox
Atlus’ classic games Persona 3 Portable Persona 4. Golden arrive on “modern platforms” on Jan. 19, 2023. Atlus confirms the news in an tweet.
The two games will be released for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X — and will be included in Game Pass for console and PC. Persona 3 PortableSteam releases will also be available.Persona 4. GoldenSteam has had this game available since 2020.
These games can be considered final versions of the PlayStation 2 Originals. Persona 3 4. These were released originally on PlayStation Portable in 2009, and PlayStation Vita respectively in 2012. They both have new features and content, despite being moved from handheld to home consoles. Persona 4. GoldenParticularly, this was an important moment in the Persona series’ outside Japan.
Both have been frustratingly hard to use since the death of the host handhelds. The exception is Persona 4. Golden’s Steam release. Given the games’ portable heritage, fans have been crying out for Switch versions in particular (although Persona 4. Golden A Steam Deck update was received with great pleasure.
Atlus is pushing hard to make Persona available on all platforms with the January release. It’s preceded by the release of Persona 5 Royal Switch, PlayStation 5 (Windows PC), Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Game Pass, Oct. 21
