Based on Rick Riordan’s best-selling book series of the same name, the show takes place in a world where the Greek gods are real and in true Greek god fashion, have sired dozens upon dozens of children with mortals. Camp Half-Blood serves as a training facility for heroes. This is because the fate of a half-god can be pretty grim, with monsters out in full force and prophecies that must come true.

This cast includes Adam Project’s Walker Scolbell as Percy, with Empire’s Leah Sava Jeffries and Spin’Aryan simhadri is Annabeth, and Grover. Jason Mantzoukas plays Dionysus. Lin-Manuel Miranda is Hermes. Toby Stephens is Poseidon. The late Lance Reddick played Zeus. Riordan was involved in this project from day one, unlike the film.

On Dec. 20th, the first two episodes will be aired. The other episodes are aired weekly.
