The Grifter tree is mainly concerned with helping you during maskless stealth runs, where you’re trying to get in and out without even leaving casing mode. Open Mic allows you to respond 50% quicker to radios. This skill is used by all builds.

If you need to kill multiple guards in order to not be discovered, then you will have a higher probability of responding to each radio call and delaying your assault by a few minutes.

Stockholm Syndrome (Manipulator).

The Bagger skill in the Infiltrator tree offers a simple 50% speed boost when you’re picking up precious cargo, and it can be the difference between escape or certain death when you’re besieged by an army of cops. The Rush buff is required to unlock this bonus. You can activate it by picking a locked or killing an enemy with the throwing knife.

If you want to do this faster, grab Escapist as your base skill. It allows you sprint to activate Rush. Across both stealth and loud approaches, the speed boost will benefit you greatly when you’re compromised and need to get out of dodge.
