Outriders Worldslayer has just been revealed and we’ll soon be adding a host of cool new stuff to the original game — let’s take a look!
Let’s start with the basics. Outriders WorldslayerA brand new campaign is available for you to enjoy. If you’re a hardened Outriders veteran, you’ll recall that the original endgame saw you running through multiple expeditions to seize control of drop pods. The landing of these drop pods was triggered by story events in the original campaign, and each drop pod strengthened humanity’s foothold on the planet Enoch.
Enoch, however, was home to an odd entity known as the Anomaly. As it continuously evolved new living material to fight the Outriders and humanity, the Anomaly could be considered the greatest threat to the original game.
While your explorations might have strengthened humanity, it was also a sign that the Anomaly had evolved to cope with you. The beginning of the Outriders WorldslayerThe Anomaly started to bring down blizzards as well as frost storms and flash freezings on Earth. This has put almost all life on the planet at risk. To find a solution, the Outriders will need to travel to the furthest reaches of Enoch… while also dealing with a powerful new Altered called Ereshkigal.
The quest to save humanity from the Anomaly’s climate catastrophe will force your paths to cross with Ereshkigal’s multiple times and she becomes the main antagonist of Outriders Worldslayer. While the threat posed by the Anomaly has in the past allowed us to deliver a great story with a few twists and turns, we do know that players like to have a visible main antagonist to challenge them, so we’re quite excited to be able to introduce her. Ereshkigal is allied to her, but she will have to take on the threat posed by the Anomaly. Suffice to say, the road ahead won’t be easy…
But, it is also the place! Outriders Worldslayer’s newly introduced systems will really shine. These systems are a long-term progression goal. We think they will live up to that promise.
Worldslayer Introduces Pax class trees. These are separate classes from the extensive system that players already know. Every class has its Pax class tree. These are roughly broken into two connected branches. To unlock points that you can invest in the PAX tree, you must progress. Worldslayer’s main campaign (and even beyond!). Each of the available in-total five points can be unlocked after completion of major events. Worldslayer. It is worth mentioning that each node in the Pax tree is equivalent to the major nodes in the original class trees, so every choice you make in the Pax tree will be impactful to the performance of your Outrider…
With the introduction of a new system, WorldslayerThis is the Ascension program. Although the maximum character level for a person is 30, it can be increased to 40. WorldslayerAscension offers 200 additional levels. Every time you increase your level, you earn one point which can be used in Ascension to purchase points in any of the four categories. There are five more options. One option is to increase your cooldown using Ascension. Alternately, your firepower could be increased while increasing your resistances. You can make the decision and you have the option to change your mind at any moment. Ascension’s goal is to make each play-session worth it, because you will always be stronger.
There is also the recently introduced Apocalypse program. Recall that the difficulty is Outriders is set using “Tiers” systems, which allow each player to fine-tune the overall game to their preference. You can equip more level gear and have a higher difficulty. WorldslayerThere are 40 Apocalypse Tiers that can be introduced to Worldslayer. They may present some of the biggest challenges to players. Your Max Gear Equip level will reach Level 75 at tier 40. This is 25 levels more than the previous. Outriders).
Apocalypse Tiers don’t just mean increased difficulty though – they also enable drops for Apocalypse Gear. Ever wondered how Apocalypse Tiers work? OutridersWhat if every gear item had three instead of two mods? Apocalypse Gear allows you to do just that. Apocalypse Tiers allows any Epic and Legendary gear items to be dropped as Apocalypse Gear variants. This will give you the opportunity to get that third mod slot.
Outriders Worldslayer will introduce plenty of extra content, including a new endgame (we’ll share more on this later on) and a ton of new legendary gear items and sets. You should also check out the Outriders social channels for more details on anything that intrigued you here…

The OUTRIDERS Demo will allow you to experience the most brutal RPG-Shooter on the market.
All four classes are available and each has four devastating abilities. You can kill your foes as the Trickster or incinerate them with the Pyromancer. Or you could punish them close by as the Devastator. As you go through the Prologue and Opening Hours of OUTRIDERS, play solo or with two other players.
NOTE: The OUTRIDERS Demo requires a free Square Enix Members account – allowing transfer of your progress, including your customized Outrider character, to the full game.
