No Objection Here: Apollo Justice Ace Attorney Trilogy Is Out Next Year

Capcom’s Ace Attorney franchise has been steadily ported to consoles in recent years. Capcom announced today that they will complete their collection with Apollo Justice Ace Attorney Trilogy in 2024.

This collection contains Apollo Justice Ace Attorney (originally released for the DS) as well as Dual Destinies, and Spirit of Justice, the two 3DS titles in the series. The games are all standalone, but collectively they represent the fourth, fifth, and sixth entries in the Ace Attorney Series, which follow the events from the original Phoenix Wright Trilogy on the DS. The collection will include remastered HD visuals of each of the games while preserving their original styles. Apollo Justice Ace Attorney, for example, will remain in 2D. However the last two games will be updated with 3D sprites.

Ace Attorney follows the defense attorneys Phoenix Wright and Apollo Justice, who are tasked with defending people accused of murder. The Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Trilogy (a prequel to the series that takes place during the Industrial Revolution) was made available on consoles modern in 2019. The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles is slated to be released for consoles modern in 2021. Today’s newest collection means all of the series’ mainline games will be available to play on modern consoles.

Apollo Justice Ace Attorney Trilogy will be available early next year on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
