Nintendo’s Radical Dreamers remaster brings Chrono Cross to Switch

Chrono CrossModern consoles are getting a remaster known as Radical Dreamers Edition. The game was announced during Wednesday’s Nintendo Direct event.

PlayStation JRPG is back with a sequel. Chrono TriggerIt was divisive at first, in 2000. But, later, it gained a following thanks to its beautiful music and melancholy story.

Chrono CrossThe visuals will be upgraded, the soundtrack enhanced, and there are new features that improve quality of life, such as the ability to cancel random encounters.

It is a surprise that this game has been bundled with it. Radical DreamersThis 1996 text-adventure video was originally designed for Satellaview. Satellaview is a satellite modem peripheral that connects to the Super Famicom. It was released only in Japan. This obscure game was created in 1996. Chrono Trigger side story from original writer Masato Kato, with music from Yasunori Mitsuda, and it’s genuinely wild to see it included in this Chrono Cross remaster.

Chrono Cross: Radical Dreamers EditionNintendo Switch will have it available starting April 7th.
