Nintendo Reveals First Look At Super Mario Bros Movie In New Image, Trailer Out Later This Week

Nintendo revealed its first glimpse at the upcoming Nintendo Switch. Super Mario Bros. movie. 

Don’t get too excited just yet – this first look isn’t a trailer. However, it’s a brand new image showing our first look at plumber In the Mushroom kingdom of the movie. It was created by Minions studio Illumination Entertainment. The announcement about a Nintendo Direct on Thursday October 6th, all about the movie, is accompanied by this image. Nintendo clearly states that the announcement of a Nintendo Direct will contain no news on video games. However, don’t be surprised if there is some news regarding other gaming topics. Super Mario Bros. 

You can see that this photo shows quite a lot. Toad is an antiques stand selling Mario’s past games. There are also many pipes and platforms. And, of course, the castle of Princess Peach, high above all the rest of the kingdom. The image is just the beginning. There are probably many more things to learn. 

This is the first image of the movie. The direct begins on Thursday at 1:15 p.m. ET/4:05 P.M. ET: Nintendo will officially introduce the film with the world’s first trailer. Make sure you tune in.
