Nintendo Announces Live-Action Zelda Movie

Nintendo has announced that Arad Productions Inc. and Nintendo have begun development of a Legend of Zelda live-action movie. Shigeru, Nintendo’s Zelda-creator and legend, returns to his role as producer. Super Mario Bros. MovieAvi Arad, who has produced films like 2004’s The Last Days of Summer and the upcoming film Love & Other Drugs was also on board as a producer. Avi Arad is also a producer, and has worked on films such as 2004’s Spider-Man 2, 2008’s Iron ManAnd 2023 Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse. Arad also has produced several video games adaptations, including 2022. Uncharted and Borderlands, which is slated for a 2024 release.
