Nightingale, A Victorian Survival Crafting Game Developed By Ex-BioWare Devs, Announced

Nightingale is a Victorian-style survival craft game for shared worlds, developed by ex-BioWare employees, including Aaryn Flynn (BioWare general manger).

Flynn had announced in 2019 that he was creating a new Improbable studio. It has remained an Improbable-owned studio located in Edmonton Canada. Flynn announced tonight, during The Game Awards 2021 that the studio was officially Inflexion games and its first title is Nightingale.

Set in a Victorian “gaslamp” fantasy setting, Nightingale will task players with exploring worlds in search of the rumored last haven of humanity called…you guessed it: Nightingale. It’s currently in development and slated for an Early Access release on PC sometime next year.

The lands of Fae are full of forests, swamps and deserts for players to discover. Along the way, they’ll need to construct estates, farms, communities, and more to survive using crafted tools, gear, and weapons. You’ll be able to do all of this alongside friends and foes alike, thanks to the shared world aspect of Nightingale.
