New World of Warcraft: Dragonflight patch adds spec and megadungeon

World of WarcraftDragonflightThe Zaralek Cave and Aberrus were introduced to players. But there’s already more adventures on the horizon, and Blizzard has announced the next patch. Fractures in time, the patch’s title, contains a specialization option for Dracthyr Evokers, a Megadungeon with more Warlocks and tons of other changes.

Dracthyr Evoker – Dragonflight’s new race/class combination. Dracthyr, bipedal dragons who specialize in Devastation or Preservation (to heal allies) are currently the only two specializations available to them. The third specialization arriving in Fractures in Time is the game’s first “support” specialization: Augmentation. Augmentation evokers use the abilities of time travelling Bronze Dragonflights to enhance their allies.

Players will once again face their corrupted enemy in the Bronze Dragonflight. Infinite Dragonflight are playing five-dimensional Chess on the Timeways. To stop them, players have often had to go into dungeons. Dawn of the Infinite features eight Mythic bosses and shows multiple timelines.

It’s about time that warlocks become even more popular. The fel-wielding caster class will become available to all remaining races (except the Dracthyr), which means we’ll see Night Elf, Draenei, Pandarean, Zandalari, and Tauren warlocks running around. New pet customization features are available for Warlocks. This allows them to build their own personal demon stable.

In addition to balance improvements, Fractures in Time includes Time Rift Public Events, as well as a Dragon Whelp Daycare. The release date of this patch is not yet known, but there are still plenty of things to do in Zaralek Cavern or Aberrus.
