MultiVersus leak appears to include the Joker voiced by Mark Hamill

Mark Hamill could be the voice of the Joker in Warner Bros.’ fighting game, MultiVersus, a new datamine revealed on Tuesday. Joker is easily recognized as the actor who played Luke Skywalker, the Star Wars character. The actor first played Batman’s iconic nemesis in Batman: The Animated Series, and now it’s looking like he’ll reprise his role in the game.

A March datamine had previously led to the Joker being rumored as a fighter in this game. The new audio containing the Joker’s lines was posted on Twitter by user Laisul. In the video, you can hear all of Joker’s match announcement lines, in a voice that sounds quite a bit like Hamill’s.

Polygon reached out and confirmed the leak with a representative from the development team. This story will be updated when we get back.

Since 1992, Hamill’s first appearance as The Clown Prince Of Crime in animated series has been repeated several times in games such as Batman: Arkham. Lego DC Super-Villains.
