Mortal Kombat 1’s first gameplay had hidden details and roster reveals

NetherRealm Studios has shown off its first gameplay footage from Mortal Kombat 1,On Thursday, at Summer Game Fest we revealed more about its lineup, teased a story and gave our first glimpse at the new feature Kameo Fighters.

Summer Game Fest has a character selector screen that indicates which characters to choose. Mortal Kombat 1,It will have a roster of 24 fighters as a starting point. Boon claims that Kameo fighters are available at the touch of a single button. In gameplay, we can see them acting as combo extenders or combo breakers. It appears they’ll also be part of MK1’s version of Fatal Blows, those gory, bone-crushing attacks from MK11.

The costumes in Kameo Fighters are also diverse. Sonya is seen in the gameplay video wearing both her traditional and modern outfits. Mortal KombatLeotard, her sportswear and more. Mortal Kombat 3..

Mortal Kombat classic stages are returning

The Living Forest is a version of the game that was first shown in Mortal Kombat 2,The Wu Shi Academy from Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance.

It appears that there will also be variations of day and night on stages. NetherRealm showed Johnny Cage’s Hollywood home in both daytime and nighttime form, and the option to select time of day at Fengjian Teahouse, where Kenshi and Sub-Zero throw down, is shown in the menu below — right under Kano’s snot rocket.

First of all, let’s just point out how considerate Kameo fighter Kano is being here, holding his partner’s head down and out of danger when he fires his eye beam.

Second, Sub-Zero loves ripping spines out of people so much that he’s perfected making a skull and spine Ice meltsTo use against opponents. The spines of humans are his favorite! Ice!

Finally, in another nice (gruesome) touch, one of Johnny Cage’s Fatalities sees him doing his signature split as he smashes his opponent’s face on an off-brand Hollywood Walk of Fame star — with the Kenshi name plate! That’s attention to detail.

Mortal Kombat 1,On August 18, the game will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 Windows PC and Xbox Series X.
