Marvel Phase 5: The MCU continues with new schedule of movies and TV

A major change has occurred in the Marvel Cinematic Universe calendar. This is the Black Panther Continuation Wakanda Forever will now be the final installment of the franchise’s Phase 4, and the third Ant-Man and the Wasp movie, Quantumania, The start of Phase 5 will be announced by Kevin Feige Saturday at San Diego Comic-Con.

While we already knew the majority of these films and series were coming, we now have specific dates as well as actual titles. As well as Phase 6, Phase 5 and Phase 6 have been planned.

Here’s the calendar as it stands right now for Phase 5 and 6 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Ant-Man and the Wasp

Peyton Reed returns as director for the third Ant-Man movie. Stars include Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lililly. Michelle Pfeiffer is also in this film. New to this particular mini-franchise are Kathryn Newton (now playing Cassie Lang, Scott’s daughter), Jonathan Majors’ Kang the Conqueror (but a different version than the one that showed up in Loki Season One), and Bill Murray.

Scott Lang has saved the universe, so he’s taking some time to himself and writing a book. From what we already know Ms. Marvel His podcast is available. There are many things that could go wrong.

nick fury in spider-man: far from home

The upcoming series will see Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), Talos, (Ben Mendolsohn), join forces in a conspiracy thriller in which Skrulls have invaded Earth at the highest level. At SDCC, Cobie Smulder described the show as a “guessing game” between humans and Skrull. The cast also includes Olivia Colman and Emilia Clark. Thomas Bezucha will direct the series.Big EdenAli Selem, (Sweet LandKyle Bradstreet (author of the book).Mr. Robot).

May 5, 2023 Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

James Gunn will return for the Guardians of the Galaxy third installment. This will be the final entry for the team with Rocket as the focus, according to the SDCC presentation.

A trailer was shown at SDCC, with a brief glimpse of Will Poulter’s Adam Warlock and a baby Rocket.

Summer 2023 Echo (Disney Plus)

This series is a spinoff from Hawkeye will follow Alaqua Cox’s Maya Lopez. Vincent D’Onofrio and Charlie Cox will also reportedly be involved, as well as Zahn McClarnon.

Summer 2023 Loki season 2 (Disney Plus)

Season 2 LokiIt was announced a while back, and now there is a release date. Tom Hiddlestone will be back.

August 28, 2023 Marvels

The sequel Captain Marvel Nia DaCosta will direct the event (CandymanKamala Khan will be reunited with Carol Danvers, her idol (after an almost-miss in Ms. Marvel).

November 3, 2023 Blade

Blade! It’s happening again. This is the reboot of one of the greatest superhero films of all time. Mahershala Al as Mahershala Ali plays the role of Mahershala, the half-vampire. Bassam Tariq (Ghosts of Sugar LandDelroy Lindo is the star, with a director named ).

Winter 2023 Ironheart (Disney Plus)

The series follows Riri Williams (a young engineer student) who creates a super-iron suit that looks a lot like Iron Man. Dominique Thorne will play Williams (Beale Street could talk() and will be first seen in Wakanda Forever: Black Panther.

Winter 2023 Coven Of Chaos: Agatha (Disney Plus)

This WandaVision spin-off series will follow Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha Harkness character.

2024 Spring Daredevil Born Again

Charlie Cox will reprise his role as Daredevil in this upcoming series, and Wilson D’Onofrio will return as the Kingpin.
