Magic: The Gathering’s first Warhammer 40,000 set is delayed
Wizards of the Coast announced the launch of the Universe Beyond product line last February. The company was now ready to publish its Warhammer 40,000 first release. The Gathering: Magic and the GatheringAugust 12. The new sets were released Aug. 12.
Wizards of the Coast posted a short blog on their website blaming the continuing global supply chain problems for the delays in production. This delay affects both the Collector’s Edition and the regular editions of the Warhammer 40,000 Commander decks. Also, the developer revealed that Warhammer 40,000: Secret Lair x Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar x Secret LairAnd Secret Lair x Blood BowlAlso, drops may be delayed. Details on the new release window will follow.
This new Commander deck contains both new cards, and reprints old cards that feature 40K-themed artwork. These are the new four Commander decks. Necron Dynasties (black), Forces of the ImperiumAvailable in white, blue and black Tyranid Swarm(red, green, and blue). The Ruinous Forces(blues, blacks, and red).
These decks have been awaited for a while, so fans will need to be patient.
