Love, Death & Robots volume 3 trailer reveals May release date

Next season Love, Death & RobotsThe premiere of the animated series is right around the corner. It will be available on Netflix starting May 20, 2018. The adult animated anthology is full of hardcore “mature, messed-up” shorts, though the actual amount of love, death, and-slash-or robots definitely varies from short to short.

Love, Death & Robots comes from Tim Miller (Deadpool)David Fincher (Fight Club). First season was launched in 2019, and second appeared last May. Every season features new shorts that are connected to a loose scifi thread. They can be animated in many styles from stylized 2D animation to hyperrealistic motion capture.

Although the teaser mostly features old clips, there is enough information (ha) about new animations to make us want more. The first season’s robots are seen again, this time with their cat friend. Meow!
