Lorelei and the Laser Eyes is the newest game from Sayonara Wild Hearts developers

Simogo is the studio behind Sayonara Wild HeartsNext year,, is the name of its new game. You might also like Sayonara Wild Hearts, Lorelei and Laser Eyes looks dreamy and surreal — but, since it’s a non-linear puzzle adventure centered on a chilling murder mystery, it’s likely to be way more macabre.

Lorelei and Laser EyesThis story takes place at a remote manor house in central Europe. The story centers around a woman who wanders the halls solving puzzles to discover what has happened. It could involve more than one murder, as the game summary suggests. You could even find a good treasure hunt. Some enigmatic characters roam the halls (as well as a good-natured dog who carries a letter). The mostly black-and-white trailer doesn’t reveal much in the way of plot, but it does provide a rich atmosphere — and glimpses of those titular laser eyes.

In 2023, the game will arrive on Steam and Nintendo Switch.
