Little Mermaid teaser gives us first glimpse of Eric and Ursula

Watch out for the next live action Little Mermaidoffers a teaser. The brief 30-second trailer showcases the ever-iconic “Part of Your World,” crooned by Halle Bailey, who is playing Ariel in this imagining of the classic Disney movie.

This is the first trailer The Little MermaidAriel is seen swimming around in her little grotto underwater. This scene was mostly overlooked. This teaser shows a lot more, including a bunch of jellyfish and other mermaids, as well as the adorable prince Ariel has to kiss in order for her status to be accepted into society. We also get a glimpse at Ursula the sea witch, which Melissa McCarthy plays in this movie. She cackles menacingly.

Live-action Little Mermaid also stars Javier Bardem as King Triton, Ariel’s overprotective father; Jonah Hauer-King as dashing Prince Eric; with the voices of Daveed Diggs as Sebastian the musical crab, Awkwafina as Scuttle the seagull collector, and Jacob Tremblay as Flounder, Ariel’s best fishy friend.
