Lake’s Holiday Themed Season’s Greetings DLC Hits The Game Next Month

Earlier in the year, Whitethorn Digital and Gamious revealed Season’s Greetings, Lake’s DLC for holiday. Now, Game Informer We can reveal exclusively that Lake’s Seasons Greetings DLC will be available next month. 

Season’s Greetings is available on Lake for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 4, Xbox One on 15 November. Gamious also released Season’s greetings trailer, which you can view below. 

Season’s Greetings takes you to a Providence Oaks covered in snow during the holiday season of 1985. This is one year after the Lake story. It has players controlling Thomas Weiss – a charming mailman and father of Lake’s protagonist Meredith Weiss. 

In a release, it was stated: “By switching perspectives from Meredith and her father to a resident of Providence Oaks who has lived there for many years, players can gain insight into the Weiss’ family dynamics. They will also get a glimpse of a winter-covered Providence Oaks. Players will not only learn about familiar characters they’ve grown to know from the main plot, but Season’s Greetings also introduces five new characters with unique storylines to the town. 

Gamious claims that the DLC also provides answers to questions left unanswered in Lake, while maintaining the focus of the game on relaxing themes and slice-of life. As with the base game’s storyline, it is a branching one where no answers are right or wrong.

Lake’s Season’s Greetings is a DLC that will arrive on the 15th of November. This DLC is free for all players in the original game.
