Konami shows first Metal Gear Solid 3 remake gameplay at Xbox showcase

Konami released the first look inside its engine at the remake of Metal Gear Solid: Snake EaterOn Wednesday, at the Xbox Partner Preview Showcase, we got a sneak peek at how Unreal Engine 5 would modernize the original 2004 visuals.

This is a very impressive piece of work. Photo-realistic renderings of the flora, fauna, and Naked Snake have been created. The snake is shown as mud-caked and sun-dappled while sneaking stealthily through tall grasses. Konami says that all of the game’s environments are captured in-game and in real time in the new trailer.
