Knockout Bash: Rocket League’s Smash-Hit Event
Smash! Crash! KaPow! These are three incredible moments gamers will have in KaPow! Knockout BashThe new In-Game Event “” is available starting April 27th through May 10.
Knockout Bash will feature Knockout, an automotive free-for-all where eight players enter the Arena, but only one can make their way to the winner’s circle. Players will receive soothing Spring rewards as well as free Golden Gift Baskets for completing the in-game challenges.
How does Knockout work?
You’ll have to master Knockout’s new mechanics if you want to survive. To score aKO, knock your opponents out of Hazards or the Safezone. The last person standing is the winner!
- Attack: Get in front of your adversaries to take them off the ground.
- Block: Use the Backward Dive to redirect incoming attacks toward your opponent.
- Grab: Press the grab button and dodging to grab your opponent. To throw, dodge again.
- Triple Jump: The player can jump on both the ground and in the air.
- Multi-dodging: The player may dodge as many times as they like while flying.
New PvP Arenas
Knockout adds new mechanics and rules to the game. Each arena has its own unique shape and placement of obstacles. Players can create their own strategies and keep their opponents in check by creating unique arenas.
The Knockout Arena has several hazards. There is a laser grid and spikes below each platform. A touch of a Hazard will give you an immediate KO. This is why knocking your opponents into it can be a fast way to score points.
Reward Programs at Knockout Bash
Knockout is only for one person. However, everyone wins a prize. Knockout Bash! Enjoy Spring-themed challenges like Florescence Wheels, Monarch Boost and the animated Flutterby Decal. You can find it all throughout Knockout BashAlso, you can earn Golden Gift Baskets. These rewards are free and offer items from the Turbo Item, Accelerator, Victory, and Turbo Item Series. You can complete the challenge five times, and you will receive Golden Gift Baskets. Once they are opened in your Inventory, unlock additional items.
