Introducing Minecraft Legends, an Action Strategy Game Coming in 2023

On behalf of the Minecraft Legends Team, I am excited to say that earlier today, as part of the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, Mojang Studios unveiled Minecraft LegendsBlackbird Interactive has developed a brand new action strategy game called ‘The Game of Action,’ which will launch in 2023. Minecraft Legends Players are taken to Minecraft’s universe and lead their friends to heroic battles in order to protect the Overworld.

Minecraft LegendsThe land is both mysterious and familiar, and it’s rich in lush biomes, abundant with resources, and players will be able to explore. But this beautiful land is on the brink of terrible change – the piglin invasion has begun and threatens to corrupt the Overworld. It´s up to the player to make unexpected friends (including some classic mobs you’ll recognize from Minecraft) to form valuable alliances and lead the way into strategic battles against the fierce invaders from the Nether.

A very interesting campaign will be featured in the game that will offer many surprises to both novice and experienced Minecraft players. For those who want to play with their friends, there’ll be a friend system. Online campaign co-op and competitive multiplayer which we’re looking forward to sharing more on later this year.
