Patricia in Tears of the Kingdom is not human. She is a personal sandseal of Riju. She can be found in Gerudo’s southernmost corner after you have completed the Gerudo main quest.

Patricia is a food lover and loves sharing bits of wisdom with her handler Padda. Splash Fruit is her favorite.

If you give her some splash fruit, her caretaker will let you know that she has spoken a string of strange numbers.

On the minimap or the map, you’ll find the coordinates.

The screenshot I used for this guide sent me to someone in the middle-of-nowhere who had a quest for me. This is something Patricia has done with me a couple of times, and each time she’s pointed out something new.
