ID@Xbox Winter Game Demo Event Heading Your Way

Winter is an excellent time to get warm and caught up with your friends, family, or just for you. Speaking of backlog, we’ve got another super cool line-up of game demos ready for you! Partnering with Geoff Keighley’s The Game Awards, we’re excited to share even more chill games that you can add to your Xbox Store wish list. Starting December 6 and running through December 12, you’ll be able to play over 20 demos of upcoming unreleased games for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One!

These are some of the things that you need to remember:

• These demos won’t be available for more than a week on the Xbox Dashboard. Some demos may be re-published on the Demo channel in the future, however, most will just disappear at the end the week. So make sure you check them out as soon as possible.
• Your thoughts are welcome by the developers. Reach out to them via social media and their websites. Tell them if you enjoy the game! They would be delighted to receive constructive criticism.
• These “game demos” are not the norm. Demos in our Demo channel typically appear after the game has been completed or nearly finished. They are an approximate final version. Think of these akin to “show floor demos” and not necessarily indicative of the final product. You’ll get to experience these games early – some way early – which gives you the chance to provide your feedback! It is important to note that these games will evolve as they get closer release.

We’ll announce the full list on December 6, but here are some games you’ll want to keep in mind:

Inkulinati – Yaza Games

Inkulinati is an ink-based strategy straight from medieval manuscripts, where a rabbit’s bum can be deadlier than a dog’s sword. Begin a journey that will change as you learn more about the Living Ink. You can build your bestiary and defeat the medieval superstars. Plus, you’ll get perks that will unlock hidden abilities.

Rhythm Sprout – SURT/tinyBuild

Handcrafted rhythm action, original music, and a bizarre story mode. Engage in rhythm battles against charming bosses. Enjoy 3D environment and run to the beat. You can mix and match the modes to create endless challenge. This demo includes 5 tracks with refreshing gameplay modes and a self-aware story.

Thirsty Suitors – Outerloop Studios/Annapurna Interactive

Thirsty SuitorsThe game is all about culture, relationships and family pressures. Can Jala handle her demanding parents, reconcile with her exes, and mend broken friendships in time for her sister’s wedding? Will she be ready for the impending visit of Paati, the family’s terrifying and judgmental matriarch? Through the game’s story, Jala will confront her exes in cinematic, turn-based battle sequences.

Tin Hearts – Rogue Sun/Wired Productions

A troop of Tin Soldiers will guide you through an amazing, magical world filled with mystery and magic. Explore a world full of mysteries and puzzles as you create new pathways for your toys. You’ll also discover an emotionally charged story. Tin Hearts – an immersive puzzle adventure game from members of the team that brought you Fable.
