Echo of Varshan, a summonable spell for World Tiers 3 and 4, is only available to World Tier 4 with certain requirements.

If you’re playing on World Tier 3, you’ll need to obtain Whisper Caches: Malignant body parts from Grotesque Debtors. Whisper Caches are available by offering 10 Grim Favours to the Tree of Whispers. You will need to have a Malignant heart to take on the Echo of Varshan in World Tier 4.
