How to get the Ember Armor set in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The newest version of the Ember ShirtInside the Goronbi River Cave, at these coordinates (1415, 2108, 0287)The cave is located between the Golow River (west) and the Goronbi River (southwest), which are both southwest of Goron City. The cave entrance is located at the south end of the river facing west, if you check the map.

The enemies are nearby. Just ignore them and go inside. You’re going to need the Flamebreaker Armor to enter the cave, which you can purchase in YunoboCo HQ.

You’ll be greeted by a Horriblin right away. You should remember that RecallThrowing boulders and long-ranged assaults will help them fall from the ceiling.

Once you fully enter the cave, you’ll see a small river of lava. From the right, you’ll see moving platforms. Use them to get through the cave. There’s a chest in sight, which has a ruby inside. Keep moving towards the right.

Use the moving rocks platforms. At this point, they’ll be moving in the opposite direction of Link. Use RecallYou can change the direction of your arc, but this will help you to avoid the lava wall ahead.

Ahead, beware the Like Like. Wait for your enemy to show its tongue and then attack.

Then, you’ll need to go through the river of lava one more time. You should see another rock platform. If it doesn’t, use Ultrahand Grab one and place it along the second river, which takes you further into the cave.

It’s almost over. Once you’ve reached the other side of the tunnel, you will need to climb up the hill. You will then be able to enter the treasure chamber.

Open the chest from here to get the Ember Shirt. The armor has 2 defense and adds a fire to your attacks when you’re in high-temperature environments.


Ember Armor legs piece location

The newest version of the Ember TrousersCephla lake cave at coordinates (2591, 1332, 0153), which is found west of the lake itself, which in turn is northwest of Zora’s Domain and south of Death Mountain. As you get close, you’ll be able to spot smoke from a campfire.

You’ll need to speak with them to get permission. You’ll have to talk to them in order to be granted permission to enter the cave. This kickstarts the “Misko’s Cave of Chests” side quest.

This cave is a refreshing place to be. As the quest title implies, you will find a lot of chests. Most of them will give you a single rupee once opened, which isn’t that helpful.

You will need to dig around if you find the chest.UltrahandTo grab it, simply aim at the chest that is slightly left of the center of cave and toward its back wall. Aim at the chest slightly to the left of center in the cave, and towards the wall on the right, as shown above. The chest to be found is on the right side of the brightbloom seeds.

You can open the chest and get to the bottom of the bag with your legs or hands. Ember Trousers. This piece of armor is made from 2 defense and adds a fire to your attacks when you’re in high-temperature environments.


Ember Armor Head Piece Location

The newest version of the Ember HeaddressInside the YunoboCo South Cave, at these coordinates (1713, 2719, 0403)It is located north of Goron city and west of Death Mountain. Looking at the map, it’s next to the mine cart tracks that connect Goron City with YunoboCo HQ, southeast of the HQ itself, and in between the Darunia Lake and Golow River in terms of its horizontal position.

You’re going to need the Flamebreaker Armor to head inside. There are two Horriblins waiting for you. Don’t forget to use RecallReturn any stones they may throw your way, and use your bow from a distance to strike them.

You can use a bombflower or other weapons fused with rocks to destroy the rock wall on the right-hand side of the cavern. There are some nearby stones in case you want a replacement.

Once inside, you’ll be able to finish building a Zonai car of sorts. It’s only missing two wheels. The wheels are missing two. One is lying on the floor, the other in the wall.

It’s then just a matter of jumping over the lava, grabbing the lever and crossing the other side.
