- The Tongue Lashing:Both hits of the creature’s tongue cause decay.
- Triple SwipeThree sweeping blows are delivered by the monster with his hands outstretched.
- Double SmashIf both arms point upwards, the boss will fall to the floor.
- Sit-down SquatThis attack cannot be blocked.

The boss battle phase 2 of Fallen Archbishop Andreus
After depleting the boss’ HP, another cutscene will play. The humanoid form of the archbishop will be revealed, and this will act as the creature’s tail of sorts. Now the fight moves to a second phase. Andreus will retain his previous abilities, and he’ll gain some new ones:
- Rampage. This creature will rear up and slash you multiple times. To avoid the first lunge, you can sideways dodge.
- Standing Sitdown Squat. The boss may move before slamming their behind on the ground. The boss may miss you entirely.
- Acid BreathThe tail (i.e. The tail is facing the player. He’ll spew acid in a frontal cone, which causes Decay build-up.
- Tail Swipe The bishop’s tail will move sideways in a sweeping motion.
- Tail Skewer If the bishop’s tail does a wind-up move (i.e. It’s like a scorpion at the ready. The tail will fall on you, stabbing you in the back if you don’t move.
- Ion Cannon.Front) will charge a blue beam, firing a continuous stream in your direction. Front) charges a beam of light, shooting a constant stream at you.
- Ion SkewerThe beam is fired in the same way as on the Tail Skewer.
This is phase one of the The Lies of P Fallen Bishop Andreus boss fight is significantly more hectic due to you having to juggle two targets: the monster’s head and the bishop’s tail. The two share the exact same health pool but alternate at random. Likewise, it’s possible to switch to another target by dodging sideways until you’re in front or behind the boss.
You need to keep track of the target that is in front of you. If it’s the large monster, then it’ll likely do the same attack patterns from the previous phase. However, if it’s the bishop’s tail, then it’ll have new abilities, including additional ones that also cause Decay build-up.
Make sure your Grindstone has been prepared. By now your weapon has lost durability, so keep your distance when you repair it. Alternatively, you can use a Venigni’s Urgent Repair Tool to instantly restore durability.
