How Modding Passion Brought UGC-Focused Leap to Life – Available Now 

Alex Tintor was the cofounder of Blue Isle Studios. We’re launching a new game called Take a leap that has major mod support…something that is pretty near and dear to my heart.

When I was ten, my first experience with modding began when I created mods to help the computer. Command & Conquera series of games. They were my first game. Command & Conquer: Red AlerThe t map editor, which I collaborated on through high school with a group. Blitzkrieg 2Modification Command & Conquer: Generals. Years later, I was fortunate to meet Brenden, my studio co-founder. Starcraft IIHe came up with impressive modding tools. Brenden was recommended to me by my missionary to begin a complete conversion modding project.

Together at Blue Isle Studios, we have brought numerous games to market over the past decade and have always envisioned developing a game where players are offered the opportunity to mod within the game and create content that adds to the game’s playability. Take a leap The game has enjoyed an extremely active community of modders since its Early Access launch last January. With their contributions and the new partnership we have with Overwolf the modding leader, it has made it possible to offer a variety of User-Generated Content (UGC), from modders around the world.

Some of the UGC I am most looking forward to checking out include a mod called “One Bullet One Kill” by Overwolf modder “th_mrow,” and another is located within a private server from another Overwolf modder, Lukas, called “Leap Hardpoint.”

Modding is also 100 percent compatible with console launches. Leao Also, there are two modes: PVE and PVV, tons of maps, weapons and personal vehicles that can be used as transportation modes. My personal favorite is the hoverboard and robomoose. Take a leap Our modding community continues to expand and implements new content and servers daily. A solid plan of content is in place for the next months, including new levels and weapons. We will also reveal more details soon.

However Take a leap Delivers on the expectations of players who have grown to love FPS games. We are proud to announce our partnership with Overwolf and we look forward to continuing to see imaginative players use our servers.

Brenden, my partner, and I celebrate this big day. It is the moment when we can look back at those teenage hours and see how it all came full circle. With this launch, we hope to open up new avenues for experienced modders who will create great content over many years.

LEAP, a multiplayer, fast-paced first-person shooter, features massive battles and players with armed teeth. As you fly into battle, become an elite LEAP mercenary. No matter what your style of play, each LEAP mercenary comes equipped with a Personal Vehicle. This allows you to cover long distances quickly and close the gap against your adversary.

Every exosuit comes equipped with match altering abilities – Call in an Orbital Laser to wipe out a group of enemies, or throw down a Support Shield to take temporary cover from enemy fire.

Each obstacle offers an opportunity for elite mercenaries to leap, charge and run, so every obstacle can be a chance to fly, sprint, or charge. You can use your grappling hook for greater heights and your directional sprint to dodge enemy fire.

Rewards make the victory even more sweet. You can personalize your mercenary by using helmet emojis or different skin options to customize exosuits and vehicles, weapons and other accessories. Show your sexiness and style to taunt frenemies.
