Horizon Forbidden West Trailer Spotlights The Cultures Of Its Tribes

Horizon Forbidden West’s new west coast setting isn’t just inhabited by fearsome new machines. Aloy is likely to meet tribes and cultures as well, making friends and enemies. Guerrilla Games has released a video that introduces players to the Oseram and Utaru tribes. It also gives a brief overview of their culture in the region. 

The Utaru is a cultural that is in tune with the natural world, and sings songs to heal their land from the blight. However, the Forbidden west’s most dominant tribe, the battle-hardened Tenakth is split into three clans. Regalla is one of the clans. This rebel faction, as shown in the trailers previously, is at war with its fellow clansfolk. Although the Tenakth may seem powerful, this trailer suggests there might be another group in the Forbidden Wild.

Horizon Forbidden West will be available for PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4 on February 18.
