How to unlock Merlin Trials at Hogwarts Legacy

To start your trial, make sure to bring some mallowsweets. There are nine different Merlin Trials. Each requires specific spells. It will take place in the vicinity, so be sure to use it. What to do for each type of Merlin Trial

Flaming Pots (type #1)

To easily complete this trial, match the symbol on one side (the orientation doesn’t have to match), then move to an adjacent side of the pillar and use Flipendo until the orientations align.

Rolling Stone for Large Size (#4)

In this trial, you’ll need to move a big stone ball from its starting position to a bowl-shaped platform. You can usually cast the ball from a higher height.
