Hogwarts Legacy Delayed On Switch And Last-Gen Consoles
Hogwarts Legacy last-gen and Switch versions are being delayed. Still, the game will be available for PlayStation 5 on February 10th. All others will need to wait for a while.
The open-world Wizarding World adventure now has two additional release dates. Launched on April 4th, the Xbox One version and PlayStation 4 versions are available. On July 25, 2017, the Switch port will launch. Developer Avalanche says it decided to stagger the release to ensure the best possible experience on each platform.
Additionally, a game FAQ about the change in dates clarifies that the PS4/XB1 Deluxe Editions will not include the 72-hour early access that the current-gen and PC bundle is receiving.
You can find more about Hogwarts Legacy by watching the new trailer. It shows the rooms in the common area and the Easter Eggs. This trailer also shows off all the unforgivable curses that players can use.
