Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities gets Netflix release date

Guillermo del Toro’s highly anticipated horror anthology series finally has a release date. Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities The collection is due out Oct. 25 just in time for Halloween. On Friday, Netflix also released a trailer that teased more details about the collection.

This anthology will feature a stellar team of horror directors, who have previously worked on films such as Babadook, SpliceAnd Mandy. Every chapter in the series of eight episodes tells a story, with its own cast and director. In Friday’s trailer, the stories appear to draw imagery from all sorts of horror films. This new trailer shows all, from creepy forests to goblin-like monsters.
