Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas coming to VR for Oculus Quest 2

An iconic classic of the PlayStation 2 era. Grand Theft Auto San AndreasFacebook revealed that Oculus Quest 2 virtual reality will be made available at Connect 2021. The “built-for-VR version of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas does not have a release date, but the project is “many years in the making,” and we can expect more details on the port in the future.

Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook CEO, described VR Take on GTA San Andreas as “an entirely new way to experience this iconic open-world in virtual reality.”

San AndreasIt is an open-world adventure-adventure in which the protagonist Carl Johnson returns home from Grove Street only to discover his neighborhood is in turmoil. CJ stays on to help Grove Street get better, but he is soon involved in organized crime and gang fights.

This isn’t the first classic console video game ported over to the Quest 2; Capcom Oculus Studios, and Armature Studio co-developed an Oculus Quest 2 version of Resident Evil 4, This was made into a first-person virtual reality game. We’ll likely see major changes made to San AndreasTo ensure the game is compatible with a VR headset’s limitations.

Rockstar Games will also be releasing Grand Theft Auto: Grand Theft Auto Developer Rockstar Games Grand Theft Auto – The Trilogy – The Definitive EditionThis includes San AndreasAlong with Grand Theft Auto 3And Vice CityIn November. New textures and weather systems will be added to the remaster.
