Gotham Knights Re-Emerges At DC Fandome With A New Trailer

Gotham Knights is back from the shadows. This co-op action role-playing game puts you in the shoes and experiences of Batman’s ex-sidekicks. WB Games Montreal has revealed a trailer that tells the story of their latest game.

Both Bruce Wayne and Jim Gordon have failed as the protectors of Gotham, according to the Penguin, who narrates part of the trailer. He says those two beacons of hope “never had a handle on the city” and that Nightwing and the rest of the inheritors of Batman’s legacy, Batgirl, Robin, and the Red Hood, “don’t stand a chance.” The Court of Owls is a dark organization that controls Gotham. He was referring to his chances of facing them. The Court is not talked about, but they control Gotham’s affairs and listen to everyone.

Check out the trailer for a look at the deadly Talons the Gotham Knights will have to go up against. The range of them is from agile and deadly assassins up to massive, brutish bruisers. They will each pose their own unique challenge when they are matched-up against players. The Court’s gothic images and members will give the game a creepy, cultish tone.

Gotham Knights is still not out, however the DC Fandome show confirmed it will come out in 2022.
