Genshin Impact developer stream for Sumeru 3.0 update: Watch it here

Summer is almost over but it’s okay because a giant Genshin ImpactUpdates are on the horizon. New regions will be introduced in 3.0, including Sumeru, and Dendro, an elemental type based on grass. Developers are hosting an Aug. 13 stream to go over the new content. The game is already full. Here’s how you can watch it.

Hoyoverse hosts two different streams: On Twitch, the first broadcast will be in Chinese language on August 13th at 2 AM EDT/Aug. 12:11 p.m. PDT. On Aug. 13, the second stream, which will be in English, is available on YouTube starting at 8 a.m. ET/5 a.m. PDT.

These streams should be similar to the ones from before. Genshin Impact previews, players can expect a lot of detailed information on the game’s next patch. We will likely receive confirmations of new details, such as the release date and characters for Sumeru. Saturday’s stream will also inform players which characters will be featured on the first set of banners for 3.0 and share details on new events.

As with previous streams, the developers confirmed that they will once again share codes for free Primogems — one of Genshin Impact’s currencies — throughout the event. You can also check Polygon’s code guide in case you are unable to stream the stream live.
