Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels is Now Available

It’s your day today! Playground Games has so much to offer you! Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels. It is the first major expansion of our company. Forza Horizon 5It features the fastest and most extreme gravity-defying tracks as well as new biomes and tons more cars and features.

Tracks + New Biomes

Hot Wheels Park features a ton of new and diverse biomes: from the rugged Giant’s Canyon; to the frozen tundra dripping into the molten lava in the Ice Cauldron; to the tree canopy towering above epic waterfalls in Forest Falls; and all brought together under the exhilarating Horizon Nexus, where the Horizon Festival is suspended among the interconnected Hot Wheels tracks.

But we didn’t just stop there with new biomes. We’ve introduced new track types – 212 kilometers (131 miles) of Hot Wheels tracks to be precise – to make your Hot Wheels experience unlike anything else. From navigating the snowy Ice track, to hydroplaning on Water Flumes, staying in control over the bumps of Rumble, and even defying gravity on the futuristic Magnet tracks – there’s something for everyone. The all-new Air Tracks provide you with an instant acceleration boost and allow you to get faster over time.

Was there any other innovation?

In addition to the new map, Horizon Hot Wheels Park, high above the clouds in Mexico, there’s all sorts of new features to explore. Let’s jump in!

You can become a Hot Wheels Legend You’ll need to prove that you can master the extreme speeds of Hot Wheels Park before progressing onto faster and faster car classes. The Hot Wheels Academy introduces a new progression system that’s divided into five tiers with rewards, events and Missions associated to each.

Horizon Story:Hot Wheels History of Speed has five chapters that you can unlock along with your Hot Wheels rank. It takes you on an exciting journey through the history of Hot Wheels while you do fun stunts, challenges, and more.

Racquet your friends and community members:As a franchise first, co-op is now possible to play the whole expansion with your friends, even the Hot Wheels Expedition.

In EventLab, you can create your Hot Wheels adventure.Hot Wheels Creation Kit includes over 80 tracks and stunt pieces, which can all be assembled in a matter of seconds. We didn’t just stop there. Blueprints created on the base game’s Mexico map that utilize Hot Wheels props can even be played by non-expansion owners as well.

Learn how to improve your skills Horizon Hot Wheels Park features a new UI reticle that we’re calling G-Forza. This roll indicator dynamically changes based on the car’s rotation while driving on Hot Wheels tracks with skills being triggered based on the car’s speed and tilt angle. If you drive extreme and clean, skill can be banked.

Forza Horizon 5 now has new accessibility optionsHot Wheels Park is the only place where new FOV camera options will be available to console, with Chase Cam FOV, Far Chase CamFOV, and others. They are automatically set at maximum, and they will not reflect when you drive in Mexico. You can customize the settings for Driver Cam FOV (Dashboard Cam FOV), Hood CamFOV (Hood Cam FOV), and Bumper Cam POV (Bumper Cam FoV).

Additionally, we’ve added a Motion Blur toggle on console allowing players to choose between Short and Long Motion Blur or disable the feature entirely. Hot Wheels Stunt Steering Assist can be also toggled. This helps you avoid track edges in highly inclined or inverted Hot Wheels tracks.

It’s All About the Cars: You can also look forward to 10 brand new hot wheels in Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels. After completing the Hot Wheels Expedition you’ll arrive at the Horizon Hot Wheels Park with the first new car, the 2013 hot Wheels Baja Bone Shaker. What can I do to play?

Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels is already included in the Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-ons Bundle, Premium EditionPlease see the following: Bundle Expansions – so you’re all set and can start playing now. If you don’t happen to have any of those bundles, you can purchase the standalone Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels expansionDirectly for $19.99 USD

Starting July 19, players who own the above bundles can get started on their journey by locating the Hot Wheels Expedition icon by Mexico’s Gran Caldera (in the north on the Mexico map). Once completed, Hot Wheels Park will be accessible through the Pause Menu  or by Fast Traveling to any of the Hot Wheels Park events. Hot Wheels Park Fast Travel is available instantly and it’s free.

If you’re brand-new to Forza Horizon 5 overall, once you complete the main game’s initial experience (aka the first 15 minutes), the Hot Wheels Expedition icon will be added to your map allowing you to travel to the T Horizon Hot Wheels Park.
