Fortnite OG ‘Season 6’ new map, weapon loot pool changes this week

Fortnite OG’s take on Season 6 is one of many Chapter 1 maps we’re seeing as part of a weekly refresh schedule.

This month long season began in 2018’s bygone era with Chapter 1 Season 5, and will continue this week, by flashing back to Season 6 of Chapter 1. This season’s weekly updates will a tour through the latter half of Season 1, with the updates each Thursday unvaulting new (old) weapons and vehicles from the past.

Fortnite OG map updates for the Season 6 update

It is important to note that the word “you” means “you”. FortniteThis season, the map is based on Chapter 1 of the map.

The Season 6 update only brought one change. While it doesn’t look any different on the map overview, there are strange things afoot at Loot La It has now become a floating Island. Whether it’ll move around as it did back in the day is another question…

Fortnite OG Weapon Loot Pool for Season 6 Update

Fortnite OG Chapter 4 has been updated with a whole new set of weapons.

• Heavy Assault rifle
• Double Barrel Shotgun
• Clinger
• Six Shooter
• Dynamite

There’s also the return of certain equipment:

• Grapple Glove
• Chiller Trap
• Port-a-Fortress
• The Mounted Turret

What is new in Fortnite Season 6?

Sadly, we’re also saying goodbye to some weapons and items out of the loot pool for Season 6. The following items have (re)vaulted:

• Remote Explosives
• Impulse Grenades
• Smoke Grenades
• Port-a-fortThe smaller Port-a-fortress, which was unvaulted last week.
