Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Hits PS5 This February

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, the sequel to 2020’s Final Fantasy VII Remake, will hit PlayStation 5 on February 29, 2024. Square Enix revealed at Summer Game Fest in June that Rebirth would require two disks and be released in early 2024. 

Square Enix released today a brand new, expansive trailer to coincide with Rebirth’s announcement. We get to see characters such as Cait Sith and Vincent Valentine. The Gold Saucer is a fun set of minigames that are inspired by Final Fantasy VII’s visual style on PS1. We can also see more about the open-area exploration of the game, including chocobos, vehicles and segways.
