Fast X director: Louis Leterrier replaces Justin Lin

Louis Leterrier is the director The Incredible Hulk, TransporterPlease see the following: Let Me See You NowIt will be on Quick XVariety reports that ‘Fast and Furious’ will be the next movie. This news comes just days after Justin Lin, the long-serving director of Fast and Furious, announced his resignation. Quick X. Lin will continue to be a producer.

Lin directed five Fast movies, starting with 2006’s Tokyo Drift: The Fast and Furious and ending with last year’s F9. Leterrier was just one week into production at the time Lin announced his resignation. According to a New York Daily News report, Lin left after clashing against Vin Diesel.

Diesel returns to Quick XAs Dom Torretto the racer, alongside series regulars Michelle Rodriguez and Tyrese Gibson as well as Ludacris. Brie Larson is back, as well as Jason Momoa. Sung Kang as well Charlize Thron are back. Quick XOriginal intention was to be the final installment in a series of two. However, it’s not clear if that plan is still being followed (ha ha ha).

The movie will be released on May 19, 2023, subject to any delays in production.
