Fallout 76’s Bombs Drop Event Brings Spooky Scorched, Sales, and Free Play Week
The world of Fallout can make October a sad time to remember Bombs Drop Day — the moment in the series’ timeline where nuclear war devasted the planet. But, the game also offered players an irradiated Appalachia where they could explore, build and hunt with their friends. Fallout 76, so we’re making Bombs Drop Day a day to celebrate with a Spooky Scorched in-game event, sale and more!
Participate in the Free Play Week
Haven’t emerged from your Vault yet? Enjoy your free first step into Appalachia from October 19 through October 25, during our “Free Play Week”.Enjoy! After the Free Play Week, you can still play! Get the complete game for a great discount. Your progress and achievements will continue to carry forward, which allows you to get back on track and play again.
For the Free Play Week to be available on consoles, players will require an Xbox Live Gold account. Windows 10 PC Edition of the game does not support this promotion. Access to the Free Play Week promotion for PC users can be done via Bethesda.net or Steam versions.

The Halloween season finally makes its way into Appalachia. Fallout 76It’s possible! From October 19 to November 2Scorched may be dressed in costumes and giving away goodies to the players. Okay, they’re less ‘handing out goodies’ and more ‘dropping goodies when defeated,’ but that’s no reason not to partake in a little trick-or-treating out in Appalachia.
