Fallout 76 Expansion Expeditions: The Pitt Hits PC And Consoles This Fall

Pete Hines took the stage at today’s Xbox Showcase to introduce a bevy of Bethesda projects. The event kicked off with a look at Elder Scrolls Online, and a recap of Redfall. A Bethesda executive revealed a new expansion to Fallout 76. Although the online multiplayer game was a difficult start, Bethesda continued its work with it, adding several stories and updating the world. However, this is the first update we’ve had for the title in a while, as the last major expansion came last year.

The Pitt’s story will take place in post-war Pittsburgh, a location we haven’t seen since Fallout 3. The Union is a group of skilled mechanical fighters who will team up with players to clear their homeland of the Fanatics. The fact that The Pitt’s toxic wasteland is affecting the minds of its residents will make this task even more difficult.
