F1 Manager 2022You will be Team Principal for one of the F1 10 teams. This position allows you to compete against other F1 drivers in order to become the next FIA Formula 1 World Champion. You can choose your team, and you will drive all decisions that lead to success on the grid. To build the best team possible, you need to look beyond the paddock. Choose from F1 drivers and staff. Also, scout F2 talent and F3 talent. You’re the boss, and every move is yours to make.

The ability to take the right decisions on the track is crucial in winning championships. During races you’ll mastermind strategy, plan tyre stints for each driver and change plans as necessary. Driver calls can be used to instruct drivers to manage their tyre wear and push/ defend them, as well as to prevent them from battling another driver.

Between races, you’ll control every detail of your team from your state-of-the-art headquarters. Develop your car and prepare new parts for upcoming races, optimize your finances to keep the board happy, improve and maintain team infrastructure, and hire best-in-class staff to work across your aerodynamics, and engineering teams. 

You will have an advantage by keeping close watch on many realistic data. From the finer details of how car parts affect performance, to a track’s expected grip level, to the condition of your HQ facilities, your analysis powers your progress. You’ll find depth and detail in abundance, even down to real-world team radio messages from drivers and engineers, and commentary from David Croft and Karun Chandhok.

The visuals are stunning, both on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. We’ve made great strides towards capturing everything in hyper-realistic clarity, whether that’s showcasing 2022’s striking new car design or the sleek look of your management menus.
