Epic Games Confirms The Next Season Of Fortnite Brings Players Back To Chapter 1

Epic Games officially confirms that Fortnite Season 4 will take players to the Chapter 1 map. This follows weeks of in-game announcements and other teasers. Fortnite loading screen secrets that refer to Season 5 of Chapter 1, and props appearing on current map have led players to believe that Season 5 is the season that will bring Fortnite back to a previous chapter. 

Fortnite’s official Twitter account revealed today’s news by posting, “Sprint or Mantle back to Chapter 1..see you soon 11.3.2023, #FortniteOG”. The image included a picture of the Fortnite Battle Bus. 

The above tweet confirms the rumors that many people have had: Fortnite will return to its Chapter 1 origins. While not confirmed officially, it is likely that the Chapter 4 Season 5 map may have some integration of Chapter 1 Season 5 based on the teases in the last few weeks.
