The World of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred HeroesYou can find over 100 people that are available to you for help. You can convince the heroes that you meet to come along and help you with your adventures. Each character is unique and has their own story.
These characters will be available when the game launches. But we wanted to let you know a few of them now. Marisa, Seigns, Garr and Lian will be your new friends!

“Leene always told me that my habit of sticking my nose into other people’s problems was something of an incurable disease. I’m going to help them. I’m not sure if I really can, but I know that I can’t just sit here and do nothing.”
Our protagonist is called by the League of Nations to recruit warriors for a joint expedition to the Galdean Empire. He leaves his isolated village to prove his abilities. He discovers an ancient rune-lens while on his mission. Unaware that it will ignite a conflict between the Empire and the League. After the conflict begins, he joins a unit in the League’s border guard.
The protagonist is the “leap before you look” type. He doesn’t always weigh the pros and cons before springing to action, and while his constant need to involve himself in other people’s problems sometimes creates headaches for his companions, they like him for it and know his heart is in the right place. After all, if they ever got into trouble, he’d be the first person there.

House Kesling’s second-born, the son of a strong imperial family. Seign’s older brother, who died in battle, was also killed. Seign is a gifted man. His military academy grades were outstanding and he was given command of the company. The expedition for the lost rune-lens led to him being placed in command. He meets his protagonist during the course of the mission. The two warm to each other as they overcome adversity, and they learn of one another’s ambitions.
Seign’s strategic mind allows him to analyze things from a broad perspective and make sound decisions. Although people mistake his sharp mind for cold hearts, he has strong ideas and is driven by a passion to achieve them. After his brother’s death during a border rebellion, Seign began to think long and hard about what it means to fight.
Marisa

Profession: A Guardian who looks over the forest

“You just leave the forest to me. I know where the water springs, where the rabbits burrow and most importantly, where your enemies will try to hide.”
Young member of Guardians. A clan that protects and hallows the forests. Marisa has been a part of the Guardians since her childhood. Her family passed on their traditions to her. She has a warm, affable smile — except on the battlefield, where she wears the countenance of a warrior.
Although the Guardians live as one with the forest, they have respect for the outside world’s culture and technology, and they are not against integrating the parts of it that make sense to them. Marisa is particularly forward-thinking in this regard and loves new things — especially cute things.
The Guardians have a special way of using the rune-lenses. This has been developed over the years. The Empire and protagonist both try to get them to sign up for their camps. The Guardians’ choice will be an important turning point in the history of humanity.
Lian

“Uhh, well, I’m not sure about the details, but basically some strange group suddenly showed up in my homeland and started walking around like the owned the place… I wanna wipe those cocky grins off their faces already!”
After the Empire’s forces invade league lands, Lian is infuriated and runs away from home without even the slightest semblance of a plan. She decides the first thing to do is hoof it to the biggest town she can find, and luckily that’s where she meets the protagonist and his companions.
Lian was born in dojo. Her father taught her everything she knew. Before she could walk, she was already doing roundhouse kicks.
Garr
MaleThe average age is 32
Profession: The warrior of the clan of mercenaries

“Only an idiot would let his leader be the first to run into danger. This notion would make a profit-seeking warrior laugh. But if you want to do the wrong thing, that’s what we’ll do. Life’s short enough as it is. Can’t spend every day worrying about whether it’ll all pay off.
Veteran beastman warrior. The clan he and Garr make their lives as mercenaries. They are highly in demand for their experience and extreme brutality. Garr’s only experience with war is on the battlefield, where he can see that life will continue until his death.
Each army will want as many beastmen and as many soldiers as possible in a conflict. Garr, along with his fellow beastmen, often faces off against Garr because they are mercenary agreements that only cover individuals.

The game features intricate stories, gameplay, and interactions between these characters. Yoshitaka Murayama (the legendary creator of the Suikoden) and Junko Kawanos are the two main players. You’ll find adventure around every turn and interact with a dizzying array of unique characters.
