EA Sports UFC 5 coming soon, bigger reveal in September

EA Sports UFC 5 is “coming soon,” developer EA Vancouver said on Sunday, with a fuller reveal of what’s in store for the mixed martial arts sim coming in September.

There were no other details provided. EA Sports UFC 4 In August 2020, the game will be released for PlayStation 4 or Xbox One. This is just one month following its initial announcement. There’s a UFC pay-per-view event (UFC 293) on Sept. 9, so it’s possible the reveal will stream sometime around then.

Since 2012, EA Sports published the UFC official video game following the liquidation and bankruptcy of the former publisher THQ. The four titles were released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One two years apart, starting in 2014. It’s likely UFC 5 will be the series’ debut on the current console generation while continuing to avoid Windows PC.

UFC 4, It was an overwhelming success. There is enough interest to justify content updates for the game after its launch, up until March 2023. In our initial impressions of the game, we found that it had simplified grappling controls and improved clinch control, making ground-and pound tactics much more feasible.
