Explore the depths of the ocean and find four new marine animals with the Jurassic World Evolution 2 Prehistoric Marine Species pack S and Xbox One.|S and Xbox One. Your park management skills will be put to the ultimate test as you house giants of all sizes, reptiles that are magnificent, and predators with armored and powerful bodies in your lagunas. The new underwater additions will give your guests a truly unforgettable experience.

Our last update added some feathered animals that were highly requested. The focus of this update was to create an aquatic pack. We wanted to add a special touch to our first release that is marine focused by including the Lagoon rock platform for the two new species.

The teams worked together to select a mix of exciting species that would be a welcome addition to the game. We wanted to make sure the new pack was different from the existing roster. Archelons, Nothosauruss, Dunkleosteuss and Shonisauruss are all very different and offer park managers a wide variety of species to choose from.

Let’s kick things off with my favorite from the pack, Archelon. One of the largest turtles documented. We have added a new Underwater Viewing Dome to the update that comes with the pack. This allows players to see the Archelon swimming. Archelon is able to swim at a fast pace with its giant flippers and can cover a lot of distance. This majestic species is going to bring so much diversity to the lagoons in everyone’s parks.

Lagoon Rock Platform, a brand new exciting addition for your park. This unique piece can be placed in your lagoons so that your Archelon or Nothosaurus have a place to rest above the water. The addition of this new item also means the Archelon & Nothosaurus have their own interactions above the water when basking in the sun. Guests will also be treated to a superb new viewing angle of the species and can observe how they behave outside the water – something we’ve not been able to do before!

Nothosaurus follows in order. The nimble, agile predator was inspired by Universal Pictures, Amblin Entertainment, and DreamWorks Animation’s hit Netflix series Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous. Working with Universal, we were thrilled to dive into the Nothosaurus and bring it to life. Nothosaurus’s movements are unique and captivating, both above and below the surface of water. It was particularly fun for the animation team to bring this creature alive in game with its swimming abilities that mimic modern sealions.

A voracious predator is a must-have for any species pack! Dunkleosteus, a large armored shark in Jurassic World Evolution 2, is the only one with a sharpened and massive jaw. Dunkleosteus can bite with incredible force and open or close its jaws. The piscivore also takes advantage of the in-game shark feeder and will eat a shark quickly. Build a viewing platform for guests so they can watch the action from a distance.

Shonisaurus comes last, but is certainly not the least. The rotund body of this enormous Ichthyosaur makes it look like a giant in the water. Shonisaurus gets its name from the Shoshone Mountain in Nevada where 37 incomplete fossils were found. Shonisaurus only has four flippers, and its long thin snout makes it vulnerable to predators. Shonisaurus’ size is clearly evident when compared with the Lagoon Viewing Dome.

This team has really come up to speed with the new designs, each of which brings something unique to these species. They form an absolutely one-ofa-kind set!

We can’t wait for players to dive into this pack and see how they expand their parks with these exciting new species! Jurassic World Evolution 2 Prehistoric Marine Species packS, and Xbox 360 are all available now.|S and Xbox One.

Discover four new marine creatures in Jurassic World Evolution 2’s Prehistoric Marine Pack. Your park management skills will be put to the ultimate test when you house giants like gentle giants or prehistoric reptiles. You can also include powerful predators with armour in your lagunas. This new collection of underwater creatures will provide your guests with an incredible experience.

We welcome the following species as stunning examples:
–          Archelon, whose name means ‘Ruler Turtle’ is the largest turtle ever discovered. Marine reptile with giant flippers and hooked beak that ate fish. The leathery skin and impressive size of this marine reptile allowed it to float on the shallows during the Late Cretaceous Period.

–          Nothosaurus is a nimble predator with a long, flat skull and menacing needle-like teeth. This distinctive predator, inspired by Universal Pictures, Amblin Entertainment and DreamWorks Animation’s hit Netflix show, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, roamed the shores of the Late Triassic, using its tail and webbed feet to propel itself through the water like modern day sealions.

–          Dunkleosteus, a powerful armoured fish, stalked the open waters of the Late Devonian period. This voracious fish was among the most frightening of all time. It had a huge, sharpened, jaw which could be opened and closed with great force.

–          Shonisaurus had an enormous, rotund frame, making it a graceful giant of the Late Triassic period. This large Ichthyosaur hunted in the oceans, regardless of its size. Shonisaurus relied on its large size in order to defend itself from predators.

Add an additional enclosure item
–          Make your lagoons stand out with the all-new Lagoon Platform. This new platform is designed for Archelons and Nothosaurus. It will give your guests an amazing view above the water of these incredible species.
