Disney Plus deal: get three months for $6

If you subscribe before September 20, both new and existing Disney Plus customers in the U.S. will receive 3 months of Disney Plus Basic – the version that is ad supported – for $6. This tier costs $24 per three months, and the discount is $2 per month.

September is already shaping up to be an awesome month to be a member of the house of mouse’s official streaming service. In addition to today’s announcement that ElementalDisney Plus Subscribers can look forward on September 13 to new features. Ahsoka, The Little MermaidYou can also find a wide variety of movies, television shows, and documentary films.

Disney has announced an increase in the cost of their streaming service. The price will go up from $10.99 to $14.99. The ad supported plan, however, will continue to be charged at its regular $7.99 per month. The price increases will affect ad free subscriptions for Hulu and ESPN Plus as well as their Disney Plus bundles.

While the Disney Plus Basic plan you’re getting with this deal is ad-supported, and it doesn’t allow you to download shows for offline playback, there are still thousands of other titles from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic to check out, just in case September’s new releases aren’t up your alley.
