Diablo 4: How to Use the Necromancer
Necromancers’ bread and butter is Skeletons. You’ll want to prioritize investing in Skeleton WarriorAnd Mastery of Skeleton Mage . In terms of basic skills, Bone SplintersIt is an excellent way to inflict Vulnerable damage on your enemies. These enemies will take 20% less damage from both you and your Skeletors, which is a huge benefit.
You can use Skeletons to provide protection against bosses. Depending on the way you specialize your skeletons they may also be able to tank against bosses. Three different specialties are available for Skeletal Warriors, and three more for Mages. They each have their benefits. Playing around with this will be integral to how you choose to tackle World Events — like the World Boss Ashava the Pestilent — in Sanctuary.
For the Necromancer, debuffs are also very important. Using skills like Iron MaidenIt is very helpful to boost the damage your undead take. You can combine this skill with Increase DamageThis will have a significant impact on your total damage output.
Necromancers may choose not to have trusty Skeletons, just as we mentioned. In this case, you’ll want to build something comparable to a Sorcerer, using debuffs such as DecrepifyIron Maiden and Iron Maiden combined Corpe Explosion. Get also Increased Blood SurgeYour survival chances will improve. While the Necromancer can take more of a beating than a Sorcerer can, it isn’t nearly as durable as a Barbarian and has fewer means of escape than a Rogue.
Aspects, or passive skills can be used to increase the strength of your skills. These skills are located on gear you can take off and then reapply on newer gear. Here’s how that process works.
