Destiny 2 Xur location and items, Nov. 5-9

Xur, the Exotic item merchant who visits Destiny every week, is found in various locations all over Destiny. You can also find In Destiny 2He can be found all around the world, and even inside the Tower. This week you will find Xur at the EDZStanding in Winding Cove

Xur’s inventory this week consists of the following:

• Prometheus Lens and Kinetic Pulse Rifle: 29 Legendary Shards
• Shinobu’s Vow, Hunter arms: 23 Legendary Shards
• Lion Rampant, Titan legs 23 Legendary Shards
• Crown of Tempests, Warlock Helm: 23 Legendary Shards
• Exotic Emgram: 97 Legendary Shards. You can also purchase another Exotic Cipher.
• Exotic Cipher quest: free

As of Season of the Lost, Xur also sells a collection of old armor and weapons — similar to Banshee-44 and Ada-1. These items are usually difficult to find as they come from past seasons. The cost of each item, be it armor or weapon, is only 1,000 Glimmer plus 50 Legendary Shards.

Xur’s Legendary inventory this week consists of the following:

• True Prophecy, Kinetic cannon for the hand
• The Seventh Seraph Service, Revolver and Kinetic Hand Cannon
• Arc hand canon Nature of the Beast
• Distant Tumulus, Solar sniper rifle
• First In, Last Out, Arc shotgun
• Honor’s Edge, Arc sword
• The Keening and Arc sidearm
• Set of Seventh Seraph Armor

Xur’s items drop at a similar power level as your character.

Prometheus Lens

Prometheus LensExotic From Curse Of OsirisYou can find it here. It was one of the greatest weapons ever made. Destiny 2When is it? It was causing ridiculous damage to PvP players (now corrected). Prometheus Lens can still be used to clear large numbers of enemies simultaneously.

This is the main perk Prismatic Inferno, causes Prometheus Lens’ beam to grow in size the longer you hold down the trigger. This allows the trace gun to do significant damage across a broad area. The gun’s secondary ability, Flame RefractionThe first perk is even more awesome, as kills can be used to put ammo back in the magazine. You can keep the trigger down for longer and get more damage. It’s a fun gun and definitely worth the Legendary Shards.

Shinobu’s Vow

Shinobu’s VowAre new gauntlets available? Curse Of OsirisIt is. Your exotic perk There are new tricksThis will increase your Skip Grenade, and give you an additional Skip Grenade cost. This exotic’s value is dependent on your personal preferences. It’s great to have an exotic that adds a second grenade charge. You might like the Arcstrider game and would rather use an exotic grenade booster than the Raiden Flux chestpiece, so these gauntlets may be a good choice. If that doesn’t apply to you, skip it.

Lion Rampant

Lion RampantThis exotic is great to use in certain circumstances. The main benefit is Jump JetsThis provides more aerial mobility, and allows for better hip firing in the air. That may not sound like much (and it isn’t, in most cases), but some players swear by these in PvP and some jumping activities like the Gauntlet or the Reactor Room. Pick these up and keep them around; you never know when you’ll need a more accurate jump.

Crown of Tempests

Crown of TempestsThis is an excellent Warlock Exotic, particularly if you love Stormcaller. This helmet’s main perk, Conduction TeesArc Ability Kills are used to increase your Super’s duration and recharge your Arc abilities. This ability also stacks. Stormcaller can be used to equip this helmet, but it is not recommended. Stormcaller has a lot of PvP Supers now. It is also good for raids and clearing out enemies. If you don’t have this helmet for your Warlock, you should definitely consider picking it up.

Exotic Cipher quest

Beginning in Beyond LightXur is now searching for the Exotic Cipher. You can buy Exotics at the Monuments to Lost Light kiosk located in the tower with the Exotic Cipher. You’ll need these items and some other currencies to pick up Exotics like Heir Apparent and Truth.

This week, Xur is asking you to take 21 Strikes and win Crucible or Gambit matches. By finishing the quest, you’ll earn an Exotic Cipher to use however you want.
