Destiny 2 Xur location and items, Aug. 26-30

Xur, the Exotic item merchant who visits Destiny every week, is found in various locations all over Destiny. In Destiny 2He can be found all around the world, and even inside the Tower. You can locate Xur this week in TowerYou can hang out at the back staircase. the Hangar.

Xur’s inventory this week consists of the following:

• Skyburner’s Oath, Solar scout rifle: 29 Legendary Shards
• Raiju’s Harness, Hunter chest: 23 Legendary Shards
• 23 Legendary Shards: Eternal Warriors, Titan Helm
• 23 Legendary Shards: Aeon soul, Warlock gauntlets
• Exotic Emgram: 97 Legendary Shards. You can also purchase another Exotic Cipher.
• Exotic Cipher quest: free

Season of the Risen The Witch Queen, Xur sells a random roll of both Hawkmoon and Dead Man’s Tale each week.

Here’s what he’s selling this weekend:

• Hawkmoon Kinetic hand cannon (Paracausal Shot), 125,000 Glimmer 200 Legendary Shards Exotic Cipher and Ascendant Shard
• Dead Man’s Tale, Kinetic scout rifle (Cranial Spike): 125,000 Glimmer, 200 Legendary Shards, Exotic Cipher, Ascendant Shard

As of Season of the Lost, Xur also sells a collection of old armor and weapons — similar to Banshee-44 and Ada-1. These items can often be hard to find as they are from past seasons. The cost of each item, be it armor or weapon, is only 1,000 Glimmer plus 50 Legendary Shards.

Xur’s Legendary inventory this week consists of the following:

Xur’s items drop at a power level similar to that of your character.

Skyburner’s Oath

Skyburner’s Oath is an Exotic scout rifle modeled after the Cabal’s slug rifle. The first Exotic perk it comes with is Rifle for Slugs, which causes the gun to become more powerful when you’re aiming down its sights and launch heat-seeking grenades when you fire from the hip. Exotic second perk: Empire. The gun is now fully automatic and can deal additional damage to Cabal foes. It also penetrates the shields of Phalanx foes.

All of the perks around Skyburner’s Oath make it sound fantastic, but it’s a fairly mediocre weapon. However, it’s getting what sounds to be a major upgrade later this month, so it’s worth gambling on.

Raiju’s Harness

Raiju’s HarnessHunter Exotic chestpiece with perk Mobius Conduit. Mobius Conduit increases Whirlwind guard, and allows players to deactivate this ability earlier. Additionally, it causes the ability to consume Super energy slower when it’s not being attacked.

Eternal Warriors

Eternal WarriorsThis is the Titan helmet that’s returning from Destiny. Eternal Warrior has the following: Resolute intrinsic perk. When activating Fists of Havoc — the Striker Titan Super — you’ll gain an overshield.

This Exotic is not easy to place before Arc 3.0. You already have bonus defense when you activate your Super, so you could make yourself virtually invincible by adding an overshield. If you play Striker in highly competitive PvP — like Trials of Osiris — this is a great helmet to wear when you don’t need anything else.

Aeon Soul

Aeon Soul A pair of Warlock Gauntlets Curse Of Osiris. This Exotics have been reworked to work like the Aeon Swift For Hunters or Aeon Safe Titans. The Aeon Soul doesn’t actually have an Exotic perk. All players can apply powerful, unique modsthey do their best to assist them and their allies.

These mods come with an extra mod slot and are completely free. They’ll provide bonuses like faster reload for yourself when you get precision hits. They’ll also confer bonuses to your allies, like giving bonus energy when you stun a Champion. Three mods are available, each with its own effects and benefits for you or your allies. Mods work for all Aeon Exotics.

Exotic Cipher quest

Start in Beyond LightXur now has a quest to find an Exotic Cipher. You can buy Exotics at the Monuments to Lost Light kiosk located in Tower with the Exotic Cipher. You’ll need these items and some other currencies to pick up Exotics like Heir Apparent and Truth.

This week, Xur asks you to win Crucible and Gambit matches or complete 21 Strikes. By finishing the quest, you’ll earn an Exotic Cipher to use however you want.
