Destiny 2 Xur location and items, April 22-26

Xur is the weekly Exotics item merchant and hangs out at random places around Destiny. In Destiny 2You can find him anywhere on the globe, including inside the Tower. This week you will find Xur at the EDZThe view from a high vantage point on the bluff. Winding Cove.

Xur’s inventory this week consists of the following:

• Prometheus Lens: Solar trace rifle, Prometheus Lens: 29 Legendary Shards
• 23 Legendary Shards: Bombardiers, Hunter legs
• Armamentarium Titan chest 23 Legendary Shards
• 23 Legendary Shards for Getaway Artists, Warlock Gloves
• Exotic Emgram: 97 Legendary Shards. You can also purchase another Exotic Cipher.
• Exotic Cipher quest: free

Season of the Risen The Witch Queen, Xur sells a random roll of both Hawkmoon and Dead Man’s Tale each week.

Here’s what he’s selling this weekend:

• Hawkmoon Kinetic hand cannon Quickdraw: 125,000 Glimmer 200 Legendary Shards Exotic Cipher and Ascendant Shard
• Dead Man’s Tale, Kinetic scout rifle (Fourth Time’s The Charm): 125,000 Glimmer, 200 Legendary Shards, Exotic Cipher, Ascendant Shard

As of Season of the Lost, Xur also sells a collection of old armor and weapons — similar to Banshee-44 and Ada-1. These items are usually difficult to find as they come from past seasons. The cost of each item (armor or weapon) is only 1,000 Glimmer, and the 50 Legendary Shards are included.

Xur’s items drop at a power level similar to that of your character.

Prometheus Lens

Prometheus LensExotic From Curse for Osiris. It was one of the greatest weapons ever made. Destiny 2When is it? A bug was fixed that caused the PvP to cause a ridiculous amount of damage. Prometheus Lens still works well for clearing large groups of enemies at once.

This is the main perk Prismatic inferno, causes Prometheus Lens’ beam to grow in size the longer you hold down the trigger. The trace rifle can deal significant damage over a wide area. The gun’s secondary ability, Flame RefractionThis perk allows kills to bring back ammo into the magazine. You can keep the trigger down for longer and get more damage. It’s a fun gun and definitely worth the Legendary Shards.

Bombardiers

Bombardiers are Year 3 Hunter legs with a silly and mostly useless perk — or rather, it used to be useless. Giving a parting giftThe Hunter can dodge the bomb and it will drop a bomb to the ground, which explodes and does some damage. While this previously didn’t do much, the bomb now changes based on your subclass, burning enemies with Solar, slowing enemies with Stasis, blinding targets with Arc, and suppressing targets with Void. This is a bizarre Exotic that’s potentially useful now, especially if you’re often in close quarters.

Armamentarium

The ArmamentariumThis chest piece is very simple. This exotic perk can be found here Yet another thing, which causes you to gain another grenade charge regardless of the subclass you’re using. This perk is great — or it would be if Striker Titans didn’t already have two grenades. However, the other Titan subclasses also have grenades that are less powerful and more exotics like Mask of the Quiet One or Hallowfire Heart.

However, Armamentarium is still a great chest piece to grab if you don’t like those other exotics, or if you want to run the other Striker tree. You should get this chest piece if you love Titans or grenades.

Takeaway Artist

Takeaway Artist Season of the Drifter: A new Warlock Exotic. The Exotic perk of this Warlock Exotic is Dynamic Duo. You can trade your grenade for an Arc Turret which follows you. You can get away with the Getaway Artist Warlock Exotic. If you don’t have it in your collection yet, you should definitely pick it up.

Exotic Cipher quest

Start in Beyond LightXur now has a quest to find an Exotic Cipher. An Exotic Cipher allows you to buy Exotics in an old form at the Monuments to Lost Light kiosk. You’ll need these items and some other currencies to pick up Exotics like Heir Apparent and Truth.

This week, Xur is asking you to take 21 Strikes and win Crucible or Gambit matches. By finishing the quest, you’ll earn an Exotic Cipher to use however you want.
